Article 1 - Definitions
Entrepreneur: One-Trendy.com, located at Gerstdreef 100, 7006LN, Doetinchem, Gelderland, Netherlands, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 89645782.
Customer: The natural person or legal entity who enters into an agreement with One-Trendy.com.
Agreement: Any arrangement or contract between the entrepreneur and the customer.
Products: All items and services offered via One-Trendy.com.

Article 2 - Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, agreements, and deliveries of One-Trendy.com.
Deviations from these terms are only valid if agreed upon in writing.

Article 3 - Offer and Agreement
All offers on the website are non-binding unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The agreement is concluded when the customer places an order, and this order is confirmed by One-Trendy.com.

Article 4 - Prices and Payment
All prices include VAT and include any shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made in advance via the available payment methods.

Article 5 - Delivery
One-Trendy.com strives to ship orders within 5 business days.
Exceeding the delivery time does not entitle the customer to compensation.
One-Trendy.com is not responsible for delays caused by the delivery service.

Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to cancel the agreement within 30 days of receiving the products, without providing any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must contact support@one-trendy.com.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

Article 7 - Liability
One-Trendy.com is not liable for indirect damage, including consequential damage, lost profit, or missed savings.
One-Trendy.com’s liability is limited to the amount of the order.

Article 8 - Privacy
One-Trendy.com respects the privacy of its customers and complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Personal data is only used for processing orders and communication with the customer.

Article 9 - Complaints
Complaints about the service or products must be reported in writing or by email within 7 days of discovery.
One-Trendy.com strives to address complaints within 14 days.

Article 10 - Applicable Law
Dutch law applies exclusively to all agreements.
Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where One-Trendy.com is located.
