At One-Trendy.com, we do everything we can to ensure you are satisfied with our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can use our return policy as described below.

1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt without providing a reason.
After notifying us of your return, you have an additional 30 days to actually send the product back.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging.
  • Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned.
  • You must include a copy of the invoice or order confirmation with your return.

3. How to Return
Contact us via support@one-trendy.com or +31 613050501 to register your return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return (optional).
Pack the product securely to prevent damage during shipping.

Always keep the shipping receipt until your return has been processed.

4. Return Costs
The cost of returning the product is free.

5. Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a refund within 14 days.
The refund will be processed via the same payment method you used for your order, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Exceptions

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Personalized products or products that have been made specifically for you.
  • Products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons and where the seal has been broken (e.g., cosmetics).

7. Damaged or Defective Products
If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days via support@one-trendy.com. Include photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
We will offer you a replacement product or a full refund, including any shipping costs.
